The rain on Saturday caused us a change of plans! We had planned on meeting Jon and Emily for some swimming and a cook out! We had to forgo the swimming but still got together for grilling, eating, talking, and laughing! To see a recap, click here to see their photos!!
On the actual 4th, we headed to church and then to my parents’ house for lunch. Before church, I made Pioneer Woman’s apple dumplings. These are soooooo good!
We got a few poppers for Ava to throw and some sparklers and she enjoyed playing with those!
