Reed’s birthday

Reed had a great day celebrating his birthday! For months, he’s been telling us that you get breakfast in bed on your birthday, so that is what we did! I had told him the night before he had to wait and not get out of bed, but that morning he came in while I was drying my hair! I wished him happy birthday and then told him that he wasn’t supposed to get out of bed. He said “I just got up so you could tell me Happy Birthday!” ha! I love his bed head!  

Ava made him a card and read it to him!

They got to have a free dress day at school for selling raffle tickets and it just so happened to be on his birthday! We told him he could open one of his presents before school and he was excited! 

Big four year old!!!!! 

His teacher makes birthdays very special and he was very anxious to get to school!

When we asked him what he wanted to do for his birthday evening, he first said he wanted to go eat at a pizza place (not Geno’s surprisingly!) that he loves, and he wanted his two best friends to go there. Then he changed his mind and said he wanted to have the party at the “yellow park” which is his favorite, and he wanted us to bring pizza, and he wanted his two best friends to come. So that’s what we did.

He had an awesome birthday!!!!!

However, over the weekend, he fell and skinned his knee. After he finished crying, he said, “I’m just not very good at being four years old yet!” hahahaha!

Then when I was putting some antibiotic ointment on him, he told me, “Mom, you’re embarrassing me!” I’m not sure what that was about. He then got up off the couch and tried to hop to his room on one foot!

So he may not be very good at being four years old yet but he is still really great at making us laugh!
